Addis Ababa — Morocco has secured a decisive victory at the African Union, winning election to the Peace and Security Council (PSC) for a new two-year term, reinforcing its growing diplomatic influence and leadership in promoting stability across Africa.
The Kingdom was elected from the first round with 34 votes—more than the required two-thirds majority—during the 48th ordinary session of the African Union Executive Council, held in the Ethiopian capital.
